Order unanimously reversed on the law without costs and matter remitted to Erie County Family Court for further proceedings, in accordance with the following memorandum: In this juvenile delinquency proceeding, respondent was found guilty of acts which, if committed by an adult, would constitute the crime of criminal mischief in the fourth degree.
