This case is before the Court on the motion by the Georgia Federal Bank, FSB (formerly Georgia Federal Savings and Loan Association) (hereinafter referred to as the “Bank”) for relief from the automatic stay in the above-referenced Chapter 13 proceeding. The facts, which are not in dispute, are as follows: The Debtor filed her Chapter 13 petition on August 4, 1983. At that time, the Debtor was indebted to the Bank on a line of credit in the amount of $507.17. Since being notified of the Debtor’s Chapter 13 petition, the Bank has refused to release funds…
