Davis and twenty-five other qualified electors of Warren county to contest the election of Wheelock to the office of county commissioner. Per Curiam. —

We discover no error in this case. The grounds sustaining the election of Edwin R. Wheelock are sufficiently stated in the opinion of the court below.
