LATTIMORE, Judge.
Conviction in the District Court of Deaf Smith County of cattle theft; penalty, two years in the penitentiary.
In this case the State relies largely upon the confession of the appellant. The district attorney took the confession and testified to the predicate offered showing its admissibility. On cross-examination he said appellant was brought to his office by the sheriff and at first did not seem to be talkative.
