ORDER

NORGLE, District Judge.

Before the court is an appeal by McCormick Road Associates (“McCormick”) from an order of the Bankruptcy Court which dismissed its Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition. For the reasons discussed below, the Bankruptcy Court’s decision is affirmed.

FACTS

McCormick Road Associates (“McCormick”) is an Illinois general partnership formed in January 1984. In July 1984, McCormick acquired a vacant parcel of land (the “Property”) on which it later built a shopping center called Super Gap Plaza (the “Plaza”).
