The plaintiff, in his complaint in this action, demands that the defendant account for all purchases and sales made by him of certain stock of the Silver Islet Consolidated Mining and Lands Company, under an alleged agreement for a copartnership venture with an equal division of profits, by which the plaintiff was to furnish information as to the probable value, as a purchase, of the capital stock of said company, which information was to be used for the joint benefit of the plaintiff and defendant, and for all uses made by the defendant of such information furnished by the plaintiff.
