Appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court (Mc-Ginty, J.), entered November 21, 2012 in Ulster County, ordering, among other things, equitable distribution of the parties’ marital property, upon a decision of the court.

The parties were married in 1997 and they have two children (born in 1999 and 2004); plaintiff (hereinafter the wife) commenced this action for divorce in 2011.
