In an action for a judgment declaring, inter alia, that the defendant is obligated to provide insurance coverage to the plaintiffs insured, Irene Mysak, the defendant appeals, as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Burke, J.), dated October 26, 1990, as denied its cross motion for summary judgment.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
