Plaintiff on a trial in the Municipal Court, before a judge and jury, recovered a judgment upon the verdict of the jury for $511.

The bill of particulars, the pleading of plaintiff, claims damages for “personal injuries by being bitten and lacerated and divers bones of his left arm broken by a jackass on September 12, 1906, while plaintiff was working for defendant as stockman in a stable at 402-410 Wabash avenue, Chicago”.
