This matter is before the Court following the conclusion of a trial and the submission of post-trial briefs by counsel. For the following reasons, the Court will grant judgment to the Defendant and dismiss the complaint.

IPROC Norfolk, L.L.C., filed its complaint seeking to correct the real estate tax assessments for the Norfolk Waterside Marriott Hotel (“Hotel”) and Convention Center complex (“Convention Center”) for the 2009,2010, and 2011 tax years.
