OPINION BY STEVENS, P.J.E.:

This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Schuylkill County following Appellant's conviction on the charges of possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine) ("PWID"), possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of a small amount of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Appellant contends the Honorable Judge John E. Domalakes erred in denying his pre-trial motion to suppress the physical evidence seized by parole agents and state police officers. We affirm.
