On March 10, 1947, the plaintiff wife was awarded a judgment of separation in this action on the ground of abandonment. The defendant thereafter allegedly established a residence in Nevada and instituted an action for absolute divorce in the courts of that State. On August 4, 1947, the husband was personally served in this State with the summons and complaint in an action by the wife to enjoin the prosecution of the foreign divorce proceedings and for other *508relief. The basis of the injunction suit was the husband’s alleged lack of bona fide domicile in Nevada and that no personal jurisdiction…
