When a contract between parties is tainted with illegality, the law will not lend its aid to either party for the enforcement of such contract. Nor is it necessary that the illegality shall be apparent upon the face of the contract. Ordinarily, when parties enter into such a contract, it is done in such manner as, in form, to conceal the illegality.
