Three propositions are presented and argued in the brief of defendant, as follows:(1) In an ejectment or quiet title action judgment against the record owner who is also in possession is res adjudicata as against the world.(2) The judgment of the trial court in case No. 46058, finding that plaintiff in error's tax deed was valid and rendering judgment in her favor is res adjudicata and cannot be collaterally attacked.(3) That the tax deed, under the form prescribed by the State Examiner and Inspector, is valid on its face.
