This is a consolidated multidistrict patent infringement litigation. Plaintiffs As-traZeneca AB, Aktiebolaget Hassle, and AstraZeneca LP (collectively “Astra”) filed multiple suits in various district courts asserting that the Abbreviated New Drug Applications (“ANDA”) filed respectively by Defendants KY Pharmaceutical Co.
