COUNTISS, Justice.

This is a suit to remove a cloud on the title to real property. Appealing from a take nothing judgment, appellants First National Bank of Lubbock, Marvin McLarty, Jr. and Dorothy McLarty (hereafter collectively “the Bank”, unless otherwise indicated) contend the evidence is legally and factually insufficient to support the verdict and also contend the jury’s findings are in irreconcilable conflict.
