OPINION

{¶ 1} Appellant, Isaac Cochran, appeals the judgment of the Preble County Court of Common Pleas denying his motion to suppress evidence seized during a search of his vehicle. We affirm.

{¶ 2} In the early morning hours of May 19, 2006, Trooper Vongsy of the Ohio State Highway Patrol was contacted by an off-duty state trooper, Shawn Smart, indicating a vehicle traveling eastbound on Interstate 70 near the Indiana-Ohio border was being driven in an erratic manner.
