JOHN L. PETERSON, Bankruptcy Judge.

In this Chapter 13 case, hearing on confirmation of the Debtors’ Amended Chapter 13 Plan, together with objections thereto by the Chapter 13 Panel Trustee, was held on May 13,1992. The Trustee’s objection is based on the Plan provision which provides a student loan will be paid in full outside the Plan according to its terms, while other unsecured claims will receive payment of approximately 79% of their claims.
