OPINION

W.C. DAVIS, Judge.

This is an appeal from a conviction for the offense of attempted theft of an automobile. The court assessed punishment at fifteen days confinement in the Dallas County Jail and a fine of $500.

The sufficiency of the evidence is challenged. Viewing the evidence in the light most favorable to the verdict, Fernandez v. State, 564 S.W.2d 771 (Tex.Cr.App.1978), the record reflects that on July 9, 1978 at approximately 3:00 a.m., a neighbor heard a car start in the body shop parking lot of Frank Parra Chevrolet.
