*428GENOVESE, Justice.
I,This suit for alleged age discrimination was instituted by plaintiff, James Robinson,1 against his employer, the Board df Supervisors for the University-of Louisiana' System (ULL).2 We granted this writ of certiorari to review the district court’s judgment in accordance with a jury verdict finding that ULL discriminated against Robinson based on his age and awarding him damages. After reviewing the record of these proceedings, as to liability, we find no legal or manifest error in the jury’s verdict in favor of plaintiff; thus, we affirm the jury’s finding of age…
