Defendant, who pleaded guilty to eight counts of identity theft in the present case, appeals from an order denying her motion “to vacate [the] amended judgment.” She asserts in this court, as she did before the trial court, that the second amendment of the judgment violated her rights under Article I, section 12, of the Oregon Constitution, and the Fifth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
