Nellie Miller Herrin filed her bill in the circuit court of McLean county to require Richard O’Connell, the administrator of the estate of James Purefoy, deceased, to deliver to her a warranty deed which Purefoy had signed and acknowledged purporting to convey to her three lots in the city of Bloomington, on one of which was the house in which Purefoy lived at the time of his death, and to quiet her title to the lots against the heirs of Purefoy.
