“A man’s got to know his limitations.”1 So does a court. As such, even when the parties are in general agreement as to what the court should order, it sometimes turns out that the court cannot do so. Petitioner’s motion (Doc. No. 23) for psychological evaluation provides the court with an opportunity *408to explore and contemplate its limited powers.
