MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS CERTAIN CLAIMS

JOHNSON, District Judge.

THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss in Part for Lack of Subject Matter Jurisdiction, filed May 24, 2005 (Doc. 59). Defendants contend that Plaintiffs failure to follow statutorily required procedures for exhaustion with respect to many of the claims it seeks to raise in this action requires dismissal of those claims for lack of subject matter jurisdiction.
