OPINION

Ilsley, Justice.

The plaintiff and appellant seeks to recover in this action, by its amended petition and the amendments made on trial, the sum of $3,059.18 from the defendant and respondent because of an overpayment made to defendant by virtue of the Wyoming Sales Tax Law.
