After the rendition of the decree in this cause, and within the proper time, a petition for rehearing was filed by appellees, wherein it is stated that in making the decree dismissing the cause for want of parties, this court overlooked some of the facts of the case, and the legal principles applicable to them, among others, that the court overlooked the fact that the mortgage sought to be foreclosed embraced not only real estate, but certain personal property and choses in action, a part of which had been sold and delivered by W.
