This appeal was brought by the defendant below after the jury, in an action for damages arising from *20personal injuries, returned a verdict favorable to the plaintiffappellee.
The injuries are alleged to have occurred after appellee, Mrs. Soka Radjenovich, boarded appellant’s bus, which had stopped at an intersection to take on passengers. While appellee was standing beside the bus driver waiting for her change, the traffic light at the intersection turned green and the bus started forward.
