Plaintiff-intervenor, D. M. Foley Company, Inc. (plaintiff), appeals from an order of the circuit court which granted defendant North West Federal Savings and Loan Association’s motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff contends that the trial court erred in determining that it failed to file its claim for a mechanic’s lien within four months of completing the work under a landscaping contract.
