William H. Heidenreich, of Schuylkill County (herein called the testator), died in December, 1920. Thereafter what purported to be his last, will was presented to the register for probate, but, owing to a caveat filed by his son George E. and on the latter’s petition, the pro ceedings were certified to the orphans’ court. Upon testimony taken therein, an issue was awarded to the court of common pleas to try the question of testamentary capacity, wherein the guardian of certain of testator’s grandchildren was named as plaintiff (proponent) and George E. and other…
