On November 7, 1969, an order was entered by Judge Keim of the Court of Common Pleas of Westmoreland County in a zoning matter. Exceptions were filed before the court en banc and on August 3, 1970, the court en banc issued an order which stated: “And Now, this 3rd day of August, 1970, after due and care*611ful consideration, the exceptions filed to the opinion arid decree in this case be and the same are hereby dismissed inasmuch as the court is without jurisdiction to hear and consider the same.”
