Wetzel, J., at hearing; Rosalyn Richter, J., at jury trial and sentence), rendered July 8, 2002, convicting defendant of robbery in the first and second degrees and criminal possession of a weapon in the second and third degrees, and sentencing him to an aggregate term of eight years, unanimously affirmed.
