This is an appeal from the district court of Craig county, approving an order of the board of county commissioners of said county, which order of the board of county commissioners approved an election held in the proposed town of Big Cabin and declared Big Cabin duly incorporated as a town under the laws of the state of Oklahoma.
It appears from the testimony that Big Cabin was an unincorporated town or village within Craig county several years prior to the attempted incorporation; that the original survey of the town had been made by the United States government prior to statehood,…
