This is an appeal by Marguerite L. Price (hereinafter “Ms. Price” or “Appellant”), from a final order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County overruling Appellant’s exceptions to the Family Law Master’s recommended order. Appellant filed a petition with the Family Law Master seeking to modify the final divorce order to receive additional child support from Robert Lynn Price (hereinafter “Mr. Price” or “Appellee”), her former husband.
