Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Clinton County (Goldman, J.), rendered February 26, 1985, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of criminal possession of stolen property in the second degree.

A police investigation of the theft of an all-terrain vehicle from a locked shed on the property of defendant’s neighbor led to the arrest of James Farquaharson.
