The plaintiff, in error was plaintiff and the defendant in error was one of the defendants in the trial court. For convenience we shall refer to the parties as they appeared in the lower court. This action was commenced by the plaintiff against various defendants for the foreclosure of a mortgage upon certain real property in Oklahoma county.
