BELCHER, Judge.

This is a conviction for possessing marijuana, a narcotic drug; the punishment, ten years in the penitentiary.

The testimony in behalf of the state shows that Henry Austin, City Detective of the Beaumont Police Department, with four other officers, went to the home of appellant on June 16, 1953, and there informed appellant that they had a search warrant for his residence.
