Judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County (Joseph A. Mazur, J.), rendered on June 28, 1985, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of grand larceny in the second degree and sentencing him to a one-year term of imprisonment, unanimously affirmed.

Defendant was found guilty of the crime of grand larceny by false promise. The evidence demonstrates that defendant promised to use his financial education and experience to help his 84-year-old great aunt manage her money and pay her bills.
