R.H.B. appeals a nonfinal order entered in an action to establish paternity that *347requires him to pay temporary child support for a child born during the marriage of J.B.W., the mother and petitioner, and P.W., her husband. J.B.W. and P.W. remain married, living as a family with both this child and another child of their marriage. We reverse the order granting temporary relief because it was entered without due process.
