¶ 1. On certiorari review, the circuit court reversed the order of the City of Kenosha Housing Authority Board of Commissioners (the Board) that terminated Norma Guerrero's public housing assistance and remanded the matter to the City of Kenosha Housing Authority (the KHA) for further proceedings, including a determination of Guerrero's rights and/or remedies. Guerrero challenges the circuit court's order.
