Plaintiff, Ulysses Williams, a legally blind prisoner currently incarcerated at Dixon Correctional Center (“Dixon”), has brought this civil rights action against various employees of the Illinois Department of Corrections (“IDOC”) alleging violations of his rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act, 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794 et seq., and the Fourteenth Amendment.
