Pretermitting for the moment some questions of notice and intention, and as well some disputed facts to be stated and considered in qualification later on, the face of the transactions involved in this cause may be stated in brief as follows: In January, 1895, Mary E. Dickson, then the owner in-possession of the land in suit, an improved 40-acre parcel of land near Lowndesboro, was joined by her husband in the execution of a conveyance purporting to vest an unqualified fee in Sallie.B.
