Plaintiffs appeal from a judgment entered against them in an equitable action tried by the court. Plaintiffs’ petition sought to set aside a deed of trust on their farm land and notes secured thereby on the basis that they were given without consideration and were the product of undue influence. In addition plaintiffs sought an accounting. Defendants filed a counterclaim to recover the balance due on the notes.
