FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS AND ORDER ON OBJECTION OF TRUSTEE TO CLAIMS FILED BY DEBTORS

The matter before the Court is the objection of the trustee, Gene Fischer, to claims filed by the debtors, Franklin Eugene Starkey and Bernette Bethel Starkey, on behalf of the United States of America and the State of Colorado for income tax liabilities for the years of 1978, 1979, 1980, and 1981.
