KNIGHT, District Judge.
On May 21, 1932, Herbert B. Tross filed in this court a voluntary petition in bank-, ruptcy. An adjudication was made on that day. On April 17, 1933, he filed an application for discharge, and pursuant thereto an order was granted directing a hearing thereon to be had on June 5, 1933, and the publication and service of notice of such hearing. The record does not disclose that any hearing was had or any further proceedings taken with regard to a discharge, and no discharge has even been granted.
