Plaintiff was forcibly ejected from the saloon owned and operated by the partnership, Monsour's No. 4, at the corner of Milam and Edwards Streets in the City of Shreveport, Louisiana, and brought this suit to recover damages for physical injuries sustained by him while being ejected, plus hospital and medical expenses incurred in alleviating his physical condition.
