Plaintiff obtained judgment April 10, 1967, against defendant corporation in Berrien county circuit court. In September, 1967, a writ of garnishment was issued against each of the garnishee defendants, residents of Houghton county, for the purpose of reaching money plaintiff claims is due defendant corporation for unpaid stock subscriptions. With the exception of John Thornton, who was never served, all of the gar nish.ee defendants had filed disclosures and had answered plaintiff’s interrogatories by December 6, 1967.
