This is a suit for damages in the sum of $9070 filed by appellee, John S. Oldham, against appellant, Gray County Gas Company, a corporation, alleging the existence of a natural gas seepage in appellant’s pipe line on or about April 3, 1949, that resulted, due to appellant’s negligence, in an explosion under appellee’s building at Lefors, Gray County, Texas.
