The Wyoming Worker’s Compensation Division appeals from a district court order restoring legal fees and costs billed by the attorney appointed to represent an injured worker. Counsel petitioned for review by the district court following an administrative hearing examiner’s reduction of her compensation by more than thirty-three percent and disallowance of about half of her costs.
