Fordham v. Butera

Michael and Janet Butera appealed from a judgment in the Land Court that annulled a decision of the zoning board of appeals of Weston (board) amending their permit to store in a bam at their residence certain vehicles, materials, supplies, and equipment used in connection with their landscaping and snow removal business.
