This is a suit for an accounting. Most of the facts are not in dispute. Early in 1942 the United States Government was planning the construction of 2,000 dwelling units to relieve a housing shortage in the military and naval depot area adjacent to Ogden and Layton, Utah. A copartnership, Better Built Homes & Associates, which for convenience will hereinafter be referred to as “Better Built Homes,” was negotiating for the contract. R. C.
